Curry Expert Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Curry Chef to manage food preparation according to daily menus.
* Plan and organize the cooking process based on menu requirements
* Prioritize tasks including recipe planning and task sheets
* Cook various dishes including curries, tandoori specialties, and tailor-made menus
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, storage of food supplies, sanitation standards
To be successful in this role you must have:
* A Food Safety Supervisor certificate;
* A Cert IV in Cookery or higher qualification;
* Good knowledge of Indian curry cuisine;
* The ability to work split shifts;
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef;
Good communication skills,
Teamwork ability,
Attention to detail
