Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end finance operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable leadership, process improvement, and robust financial controls. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and developing the finance/AP teamEnsuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payment runsDesigning and implementing finance processes, controls and policies to support scaleReviewing reconciliations and resolving complex discrepanciesPreparing and delivering finance and AP reporting to senior stakeholdersPartnering closely with internal teams to support smooth financial operationsSupporting cash flow management, audit readiness and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related disciplineStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial controlsDemonstrated experience leading and developing finance teamsHigh level of process improvement and systems capabilityExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfident stakeholder management and communication skills
