**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator, Spare Parts to join the team based in Dandenong, Victoria.
Your main responsibility will be to liaise with customers to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of sale of spare parts for Air Compressors, Blowers and associated equipment.
In addition, you will be responsible to:
- Develop and maintain customer business relationship to ensure high level customer satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed the sales targets for Spare Parts by developing new business for existing and potential clients
- Proactively follow up outstanding quotes and record results.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Work as part of the Spare Parts team to help achieve set budgets.
- Prepare proposals and costings for submission to the customer or client
- Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies
**Applicants will need**:
- To be highly organised and resourceful under pressure
- To have outstanding communication skills and the ability to create a strong rapport with customers
- To be quick paced with attention to detail
- A 'can do' attitude and a strong focus on customer sales
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel is required
- Experience in SAP would be highly advantageous.
