Job Description:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for designing, deploying, and implementing a comprehensive quality management program. This includes:
* Establishing and defining product quality standards
* Developing quality processes and procedures
* Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality of their products
* Pursuing continuous improvement activities
* Setting up quality control and inspection processes
* Managing the performance of third-party suppliers
* Cultivating and leading a high-performing Quality team
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a quality management system from assurance to control
* Drive quality excellence across all aspects of the business
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the cosmetics or related industries
* Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong understanding of quality principles and practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of quality systems, including AQL, root cause analysis, and CAPA management
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
