The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing office supplies, equipment and inventories, maintaining company filing systems and coordinating internal communications.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Maintain an organized workplace, manage supplies and equipment, and coordinate internal communications.
* Customer & Internal Service: Provide professional service to staff, suppliers and customers, ensuring client expectations are met.

Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or management, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Essential Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing situations.
