**About the role**
We are seeking a Training Administrator who has excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail, is self - motivated and strives to achieve their best in providing effective administration support to our Training Operations. Responsibilities covers areas of the coordination, processing, enrolment and maintenance of quality assurance and compliance status of the RTO.
**To do this, your responsibilities will include**:
- Maintain the student enrolment register within aXcelerate and all associated enrolment information.
- Carry out thorough and detailed checking and filing of RTO documentation on SharePoint.
- Assist with the administration and preparation of RTO training and student materials.
- Administer training schedules and training resources.
- Scheduling and collation of client requirements including learner guides and information packs.
- Coordinating the day-to-day inputs and outputs of aXcelerate to manage all training data.
- Organise training venues, logistics and external suppliers as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Prepare Certificates, Statements of Attainment & Completion Letters.
- Manage and facilitate initial public & private training enquiries.
- Assist with public course bookings and maintaining the online course availability and training web page.
- Organise training equipment servicing, and maintenance as required.
- Follow the training coordination process to ensure consistency across the training department.
- Effectively utilising document management systems to maintain compliance and ensure training record integrity.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
- Understanding of compliance for the VET sector, operational ASQA guidelines and RTO compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing systems and procedures in an RTO environment and maintaining a Student Management System, preferably aXcelerate.
- Excellent administration, Microsoft Office, organisation, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive, conscientious, and diligent.
- 3 years' experience in an RTO in a similar position.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
