Kaisercraft is a family-owned business based in Geelong, designing and producing a diverse range of products from the early 2000s. We offer craft, kids, fashion, home, beauty and paper supplies and operate over 100 retail stores across Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock replenishment and allocations for new, core, and seasonal product lines.
- Analyse sales and stock performance to support informed business decisions.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and trade review support to the Planning team.
- Collaborate with stores, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain efficient product flow.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Excel with a strong data-driven approach.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong interest in retail and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Previous allocation or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
- Perfect role for a recent graduate in related field (Commerce, Business Analyst or Finance).
