A leading construction company in the northern suburbs of Perth seeks a seasoned Financial Controller to fill a newly created role. The position entails overseeing the maintenance of financial records, preparing regular financial reports, and managing payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
* Preparing and presenting regular financial reports to management and stakeholders
* Managing payroll functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent role in the construction industry in Australia
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
