Pay: From $75 per hour + super, depending on experience
Schedule: 4 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Location: Broadmeadows Central: Office based and community/participant visits
About the Role
Roulaana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start available (Keilor office temporarily) or Tuesday May 12 2026 in Broadmeadows Central office
You will step into a ready and active caseload, supporting NDIS participants across Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans
* Deliver Occupational Therapy services to participants
* Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and reports
* Provide recommendations for assistive technology and supports
* Work with participants, families and support teams
* Maintain accurate documentation aligned with NDIS requirements
* Attend community and participant visits as required

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
* Full AHPRA registration
* Minimum 1 to 2 years experience (NDIS preferred)
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Own vehicle, valid driver's licence, and comprehensive car insurance
* Willingness to travel for community and participant visits
Compliance and Checks
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

* Immediate start based in Keilor office + community/participant visits (temporarily)
