Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs by providing leadership and guidance to the sales team.
* Assist in recruiting, training, and developing associates to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive traffic, maximise sales, and optimise profitability.
* Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards align with GUESS's aesthetic and showcase our products effectively.
* Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, and regular audits.
* Assist in managing operational aspects such as scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving any team conflicts or issues effectively.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

* Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel, with a proven track record of success.
