As Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee all hotel activities in the absence of senior management. The primary responsibility is to ensure safety and security of guests and colleagues while maintaining timely completion of night audit functions.
You'll be responsible for handling guest transactions, providing local insights, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Additionally, you'll drive team performance and engagement while providing necessary training and development opportunities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
 * Managing all hotel operations overnight
 * Training staff in quality and service standards
 * Leading by example and upholding brand standards
 * Ensuring prompt, professional service to guests
 * Supporting Front Office staff in providing excellent guest service
 * Responding promptly and calmly to emergency situations
 * Handling financial transactions securely
 * Overseeing night audit function and daily financial reports
 * Complying with health, safety, and local regulations
 * Demonstrating One Step Ahead Service Behaviours and True Hospitality skills
 * Championing IHG Rewards Club and ensuring team compliance
