Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Great communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
* Organized multitasking skills and the ability to keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
* Experience working in a customer service, employment consultancy, and recruitment setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate.
