Job Description Managing and growing accounts within the fire protection and mechanical services market Identifying and developing new customer and project opportunities Working closely with distribution and channel partners to drive specification and sales Conducting product training, education sessions and on‑site demonstrations Regular job site visits to support projects and influence key stakeholders Selling a premium, value‑based solution rather than competing on price Managing opportunities with typical sales cycles of 3-6 months Supporting the rollout of multiple new products each year The Successful Applicant Experience in pumps and valves across construction, fire protection, mechanical services, engineering, or technical sales A trade background transitioning into sales, or experience with solution‑led brands The ability to explain technical products and articulate long‑term Confidence engaging customers on job sites and across multiple stakeholders Motivation, maturity and an organised approach to managing a structured sales cycle What's on Offer Base salary package of $100,000-$120,000 Super Company Car Uncapped commision Permanent, full-time position based in Brisbane.
