The Head of Creative will lead the creative vision across our retail business, spanning two distinct brands and three store formats.
This role ensures each brand shows up clearly and consistently while working from a shared strategic foundation.
You will be responsible for elevating creative quality across campaigns, digital, instore and content, ensuring creativity drives both brand strength and commercial performance.
Primary responsibilities include:
Define and own the creative vision and standards across two retail brands and three store formats
Act as brand guardian for both brands, ensuring clarity, consistency and distinctiveness
Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, photography and videography
Translate commercial and marketing priorities into strong, effective creative direction
Own creative development for integrated retail campaigns across digital, ecommerce, social and instore
Oversee photography and videography production including briefs, shoot planning, schedules and delivery
Partner closely with marketing, ecommerce and buying teams to ensure creative supports trading outcomes
Establish scalable creative processes that support high volume retail execution
Ensure instore creative is executed to a high standard and enhances the customer experience
Stay across cultural and retail trends to keep both brands relevant and competition
To be successful in this role you must have:
Senior creative leadership experience in retail or consumer brands
Demonstrated experience managing multiple brands or store formats
Understanding of print, POS and instore production workflows
Strong portfolio showcasing brand-led retail or integrated campaign work
Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced, high-output environments
Demonstrated experience managing and evolving multiple brands or formats
High creative judgement with strong attention to detail
Deep understanding of how creative drives retail performance and customer engagement
The following would be advantageous (but not required):
Experience scaling creative operations or in-house studios
Experience in multi-store or omnichannel retail environments
Experience balancing brand consistency with local or format-specific execution
Exposure to ecommerce, CRM, social and performance-led creative
Experience managing agencies and external production partners
