About the role
We’re seeking a trade-qualified Foreman to take charge of day‑to‑day site operations for structural retaining wall projects. You’ll work directly alongside the Director to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality builds are delivered on time and on budget.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a skilled tradesperson ready to step up – someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates clearly, and can lead from the front.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations on structural retaining wall projects
- Lead and coordinate crew members and subcontractors
- Set out levels, falls, and drainage sequencing
- Maintain high finish quality and build integrity
- Record daily progress in HubSpot (photos + notes)
- Problem‑solve independently and communicate clear solutions
Skills & Experience
- Trade‑qualified Carpenter or Plumber (essential)
- Experience in civil/earthworks, trenching, drainage and ground shaping
- Competent excavator or machinery operator (ticket not essential)
- Calm, steady communicator
- Strong leadership skills and accountability mindset
