Responsibilities:
* Open requisitions as requested by leadership and/or HR Business Partner.
* Perform screening of applicants, assess their skill level/fit for roles, and route appropriately.
* Execute the full recruitment and hiring process from candidate sourcing, interview coordination, extending offers, and requesting drug tests and background screenings.
Requirements:
- Associates degree with 4+ years related experience or Bachelor's degree with 1+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in construction and/or recruiting.
Benefits:
- Subsistence travel support paid on 7 days, at $125/day.
- Compensation $65,000-$79,000 / year, commensurate with experience.
