Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Early Childhood Operations Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the performance of early childhood centres, driving financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across these locations.
The role will involve working closely with centre managers, providing coaching and assistance to achieve optimal business results and positive outcomes for children.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide guidance on the Early Years Framework to centre managers.
* Lead and coach a group of centre managers to provide motivation and support in achieving their objectives.
* Assess and analyse centre performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
* Maintain legislative requirements in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
* Work with quality advisors to ensure centres meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years commercial management experience in early childhood.
* Diploma in Business, Children's Services, or equivalent.
* Current Working with Children's Check or ability to obtain.
* Current Driver's License.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Framework an advantage.
* Sound keyboard and computer literacy skills.
* Ability to oversee planning and implementation of work programs and control budgets.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
* Positive outlook with strong team focus.
