Business Operations Assistant Serve as a key support staff member for our global touring and production company. Reports to: Senior Leadership Team Location: Gold Coast-based or Remote (with regular travel to HQ) Employment Type: Full-time The Business Operations Assistant is a pivotal support role within our organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure business operations run smoothly - especially when team members are away or need assistance. You'll also provide valuable support to our producing, ticketing, and marketing operations, helping coordinate tasks from CRM databases to FOH logistics and comp requests. We seek someone with excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Experience with venues and ticketing processes would be an asset, but it's not essential. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including arts, events, executive support, or other industries with transferable skills.
