Currumbin Clinic is a 104-bed private mental health clinic located on the beautiful Southern Gold Coast. We are proud to provide high-quality, patient-focused care, working alongside a dedicated team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Medical Officers, Nursing, Allied Health, and Administrative staff to achieve positive outcomes for our patients.
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Medical Administrators to join our friendly and supportive Private Practice team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of administrative departments within the clinic, where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For
Essential experience:
* Strong computer skills (Excel, Office, Outlook)
* Administrative experience
Personal Attributes:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive and caring approach to patients and colleagues
* Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
Desirable Experience:
* Previous administrative experience in a healthcare/medical setting
* Billing experience with knowledge of Medicare, DVA, Workcover and health funds
* Experience with WEBPAS and Xestro software
* Typing experience, both transcription and AI
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
* Manage documentation and patient file requests efficiently
* Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
* Uphold patient confidentiality at all times
* Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up on documentation as required
* Support staff and patients to ensure a smooth flow of clinic operations

Additional Requirements
As a healthcare provider, vaccination requirements apply for this role (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Hepatitis B). Evidence of immunisation status will be required if you are the preferred candidate.
