We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic technology direction that delivers lasting value for the community.
* Provide authoritative advice to senior executives, ensuring investment decisions, policies and enterprise architecture align with government priorities.
* Oversee the development and assurance of technology systems and resources, foster strong partnerships with departments, agencies and industry, and drive cross-government collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Senior level leadership experience in shaping business strategy and promoting innovation and improvement.
* Experience working at a senior executive level to deliver technology and transformation outcomes that align with business strategy.
* Proven capacity to identify and address emerging infrastructure, network and platform issues through high-level conceptual analysis, risk management and providing advice to senior stakeholders.
