Key Responsibilities Include
* Set management expectations across your team by leading by example
* Manage employee relations such as grievances and performance management
* Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
* Problem solving & provide solutions
* Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e. Payroll reports
* Roster Management & Approvals
* Manage the team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management, e.g., stock shrinkage
* Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to implement all creative visions within the store
* Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring a safe, healthy, and fit work environment
* Ensure all tasks completed by team members are safe and in accordance with Safe Work Practices, with expectations communicated to all team members
