We're seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at Flinders Island Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) in Tasmania, Australia. This is an opportunity to swap city life for a laid-back island lifestyle and enjoy endless opportunities to explore.
* This is a casual/temporary position with a 2-month minimum tenure.
You'll be part of a small but mighty facility with:
* 9 Aged Care Beds | 5 Acute Beds | 3 ED Bays
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide care across aged care, acute, and emergency settings
* Triage and manage resus cases with confidence
* Adapt to busy days or quieter shifts with versatility
* Work independently on nights (RN + EN team)
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years' ED experience
* Previous MPS exposure
* Flexible and adventurous attitude
* A passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a remote setting
