Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Officer to join our team on a Full-time, Permanent basis. As a Support Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team.
Key Responsibilities
\
* Assisting in the safe storage of rural products
* Handling, receiving and dispatching of store stock
* Performing rural products and logistics support
* Providing administrative support for the processing of sales
* Performing rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
About You
\
Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service;
\
Have an understanding of agriculture products and your clients' current and future needs, the region and our competitors;
\
Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills
\
Are able to work independently and have good time management skills;
\
Ideally have some previous sales experience.
