Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or clinical setting.
* Strong organisational skills, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, minute taking and follow‑up.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion and methodical information gathering as well as the ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.

Include examples of your experience with diary management, document preparation, typing (including medical terminology if applicable), and how you prioritise competing tasks.
* Provide an example of how you have demonstrated strong communication and organisational skills in a busy work setting. Outline how you manage enquiries, difficult conversations with grieving families, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting a team.
