About The Role
Step into a dynamic role where your administrative skills directly support senior management, enhance prisoner services, and contribute to the smooth running of critical HR and finance functions
Versatile Support
: Deliver high-level clerical and customer service across multiple areas including HR, Finance, and Prisoner Services.
Frontline Communication
: Manage the main switchboard, visitor bookings, and eVisit tutorials with professionalism and care.
Tech-Savvy Operations
: Maintain accurate records using Microsoft applications and prison databases with precision.
Team Collaboration
: Work constructively within diverse teams to achieve shared goals and continuous improvement.
Integrity & Accountability
: Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a culture of transparency and respect.
Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

Pool Recruitment
This pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed term, full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
