Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Lead with expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP Service (formerly known as SAP PM/CS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SAP CS or SAP EAM solutions and will play a key role in leading client workshops, designing business processes, preparing functional designs, and leading configuration discussions as part of a global multi-release SAP rollout. Key Responsibilities: Lead client workshops to gather requirements and define business processes. Design and document business processes aligned with SAP EAM and SAP CS/Service modules. Prepare detailed functional designs and lead configuration discussions. Collaborate with global teams across Australia, India, and the UK to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Accenture standards. Support the implementation of SAP EAM and SAP CS/Service solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Identify and address challenges during the rollout process, providing innovative solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for SAP EAM and CS/Service solutions. Qualifications: Extensive experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP Service modules. Proven history of delivering SAP CS or SAP EAM solutions in complex environments. Strong expertise in leading client workshops, designing business processes, and preparing functional designs. Experience in leading configuration discussions and managing global multi-release SAP rollouts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across Australia, India, and the UK. Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project success. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
