Job Responsibility:
1. Manage the company's overall procurement activities in AU, including but not limited to engineering, equipment, and consulting service procurement, and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement strategies and execution;
2. Conduct comprehensive research on AU market, understand and predict market trends, and provide decision-making basis for procurement strategies;
3. Establish and maintain good supplier relationships, conduct regular supplier evaluations, and ensure supplier product quality and service levels;
4. Responsible for the negotiation, review and management of procurement contracts to ensure contract compliance and protection of company interests;
5. Formulate and implement procurement cost control plans to improve procurement efficiency;
6. Responsible for the construction and improvement of procurement processes and systems to ensure the standardization and compliance of procurement activities.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
2. At least 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in Australia;
3. Familiarity with procurement processes and extensive experience in supplier negotiation and management;
4. Strong cost awareness and excellent analytical skills;
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle procurement issues and conflicts;
6. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines;
7. Proficient in English,fluent Chinese is a plus.
