The Opportunity
As Estimating Manager, yodinedoneu will take ownership of the estimating and pre‐contracts function, leading tender strategy, submissions, team performance and workload management.
You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to drive successful tender outcomes while contributing to strategic planning and future growth initiatives.

The Role
* Lead all tendering activities across civil infrastructure projects
* Manage estimating resources, workloads and team performance
* Oversee prequalification submissions and tender processes
* Review project risks, opportunities and commercial strategies
* Develop methodologies and pricing approaches for tenders
* Review contracts, departures, inclusions and exclusions
* Coordinate bid activities across multiple teams and locations
* Drive continuous improvement across estimating systems and processesSupport business development activities and client engagement
* Ensure effective project handover following successful tender awards
About You
* Minimum 10 years' experience in civil construction estimating or pre‐contracts environments
* Strong leadership capability managing estimating or bid teams
* Proven experience preparing and reviewing complex civil tenders
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding
* Experience assessing project risk and pricing strategies
* Background across roads, rail, earthworks, drainage or infrastructure projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
* Degree qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or similar highly regarded
* A practical and hands‐on approach with the ability to support the team when required
