Social Services Manager
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for social services? Do you have a proven track record of leadership and management in a community setting? We are seeking an experienced Social Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Center, including supervising staff and volunteers, managing daily activities, and collaborating with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a diploma in a related social services field and a minimum of two years of experience in a senior supervisory role in the community social services sector. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and have a strong understanding of statistical terms and concepts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,715 - 82,271 per annum, commensurate with experience.
