What You'll Be Doing
Lead a team of Speech Pathologists with a range of supports available to the whole team
Provide supervision to junior therapists
Work from our Vasse clinic, schools, and the community, supporting children, teenagers, and adults
Provide 1:1 and group therapy, collaborating with teachers and families
Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team
Work within location-based schedules to limit travel and maximize client impact
Option to add community-based clients to expand your clinical interests
Take part in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
Contribute to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest
What We're Looking For
Passionate about helping clients reach their full potential through engaging therapy
Experience in client-centred and family-centred practice
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High communication skills—advocacy, mediation, and collaboration
You'll Need
Degree in Speech Pathology & current SPA registration
WWC check + NDIS Worker Screening + National Police Check
Valid driver's licence (mobile service means we come to our clients)
