The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Specialist (Post Handover) to join our team. In the role you will be the primary point of contact for our new homeowners, bridging key handover to commencement of the maintenance period. You will help ensure a seamless transition by addressing early queries and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for new homeowners from key handover to commencement of the maintenance period
* Introduce clients to our support process via email and phone
* Conduct proactive check-ins with clients to identify issues
* Work closely with Construction Supervisors and suppliers to investigate concerns, monitor progress and provide timely resolution
* Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth transition into the official maintenance period
* Support improvement initiatives by identifying trends and/or recurring early-stage issues
* Perform Customer Service Specialist duties when required, including undertaking client key handover meetings
* Complete data entry and administrative tasks as needed
About You
You are someone who thrives in a service driven environment and enjoys building rapport with clients. To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous Building Industry experience preferably in a customer service role
* Sound knowledge of the construction process
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational capability
* A customer service mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues appropriately
* Solid attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record keeping
