About the Role

The Mental Health, Justice Health, Alcohol & Drug Services (MHJHADS) deliver care through inpatient, outpatient, community, and detention settings. The CAMHS Administrative Assistant provides high‐level administrative support to the Senior Managers of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, ensuring smooth operational processes and exceptional customer service to consumers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‐level administrative support to senior managers.
• Prepare written correspondence, manage diaries and inboxes.
• Provide secretariat support to committees.
• Assist with human resource and financial management functions.
• Conduct research and initiate actions to ensure timely response to requests.
• Deliver high‐quality customer service to consumers and staff of the MHJHADS Division.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Pre‐employment National Police Check required.
• Possession of a current driver's licence.
