This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Team Member.
In this role, you will be working closely with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring high standards across all areas.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player who is able to follow directions and uphold store standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure store routines and processes are carried out accurately and effectively.
* Follow all Schedule/Routine Cards.
* Assist with induction and training of new employees and ongoing development of existing staff.
* Report incidents, damages, operational issues, or suggestions to the Store Manager.
* Minimise stock losses caused by damages and theft.
* Support store standards management.
* Communicate essential information to Department Champions/Duty Managers.
* Ensure accurate stocktaking, receival of goods, and invoice updates for inventory management.
* Maintain equipment in good working order and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
* Report pest issues to the Store Manager.
* Follow all controls, policies, and procedures, including WH&S, Employee Handbook, Product Recall, Food Safety, Due Diligence, and Payment Handling.
* Adhere to legislative and internal requirements, maintaining records and training staff accordingly.
* Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager within the role's scope.
