Senior Property Transactions Manager

About the Opportunity
This role is pivotal in meeting internal customer requirements for property needs while aligning with our organization's strategic property and financial objectives. You'll be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end real estate transaction process, ensuring cost-effective and strategically aligned solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal customers to understand their property needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Conduct transactions that reflect catchment plans and asset strategies.
* Negotiate directly with land and building owners or oversee broker-led negotiations to secure the best commercial terms.
* Provide comprehensive commercial Heads of Terms to legal teams and assist in contract negotiations and due diligence.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or any related field.
* Proven experience and understanding in corporate real estate transactions or investment management.
* Deep understanding of the Australian industrial real estate markets, including leasing and investment trends.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements for property transactions and zoning.
