The Role We are looking for reliable Berry Pickers to join our client's vibrant berry farms in Devonport and Lebrina, Tasmania. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and playing a key part in ensuring a successful harvest season. Key Responsibilities This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the harvest while meeting production targets safely and efficiently. Tasks may shift based on business needs and include: Picking blueberries and raspberries according to quality and productivity standards Packing and preparing berries for distribution Providing general crew support and assisting with harvest operations Adhering to all safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures Benefits $31.19 per hour 8- 10 week 38 - 40 hours per week The more you pick, the more you earn - performance is directly rewarded!
