Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a 10-year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

About the opportunity
This permanent position sits within an established team, supporting our maintenance business. They are seeking a seasoned administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment, being busy and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The role is primarily based in the Illawarra, though there may be a requirement to travel to other sites within the region from time to time.
As a maintenance administrator, you will be responsible for performing the following daily tasks:
* Maintaining pending invoice reports, and actioning and goods receipting a high turnover of invoices
* Raising manual work orders
* Processing subcontractor payment claims
* Compiling reports
* Stakeholder communications
* Organisation of team meetings/event logistics
* Maintaining the roster for operations maintenance
* Taking and distributing meeting minutes
* Credit card reconciliation of transactions
* Finalising and closing off work orders
* Travelling to site locations as needed
* Other general broad scope administrative duties as required to support the maintenance teams.
About you
* Administration experience (degree, diploma or certificate in business / administration is desirable)
* Client relationship and stakeholder management experience
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Highly competent with MS Office
This is a fast-paced position where you could be working to tight time frames, so you must work comfortably under pressure and enjoy being busy.
