National Operations Network Pty Ltd
Want a marketing role where your work actually goes live, gets measured, and drives enquiries—rather than sitting in drafts?
National Operations Network is a fast-moving security business delivering CCTV, alarms, access control and patrol services across Gippsland. We're building a consistent content engine and we're looking for a sharp, reliable content creator/marketing person to help run it.
This is a behind-the-camera role. You're not required to be on screen—we already have a main presenter and team members who will feature in content.
We provide the gear
You won't be expected to "make it work" with whatever you have at home. We provide the equipment required for outstanding performance, including:
* Cameras
* Tripods / gimbals
* Audio recording gear
* Editing computer/workstation
* Any other tools needed to produce high-quality content
What you'll be responsible for
Content capture (Gippsland-based)
* Capture high-quality photos and short-form video on job sites and around the team (installs, before/after, projects, behind-the-scenes).
* Work safely and respectfully on-site while filming in real environments.
Editing + production
* Edit content into platform-ready videos for Instagram/Facebook Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
* Add captions/subtitles, on-screen text, music, and simple branding elements.
* Create variations of content (hooks/cuts) to improve performance.
Publishing + consistency
* Maintain a simple content calendar (2–4 weeks ahead).
* Post consistently across platforms and keep content organised (raw footage, final edits, best performers).
Website growth support
* Assist with website updates (WordPress): images, basic copy updates, new pages/posts.
* Publish simple content such as FAQs, project highlights/case studies, and service-area updates to support traffic and enquiries.
* Track basic performance and share a weekly update on what's working.
Performance culture (read this twice)
We're looking for someone who cares about output. This role is built for a high-performer who wants to test ideas, move fast, and improve weekly.
* Performance will be assessed on output and impact (consistency, quality, engagement, website improvements, enquiry momentum).
* We reward performance and contribution to growth—this is a genuine opportunity to bring new ideas and innovation and be recognised for it.
About you
* Currently studying marketing/communications/media (or equivalent experience)
* Confident capturing and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail: framing, pacing, audio awareness, clean edits.
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Comfortable taking feedback and improving quickly.
How to apply
Please include:
* A short cover note (what you're studying + why this role suits you)
* Links to 3–5 examples of your content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube/portfolio)
* Your availability (which two days per week)
