About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead the strategic development, implementation, and review of curriculum across all year levels.
Ensure alignment with relevant curriculum frameworks and standards.
Drive improvement in teaching and learning (reading in particular) through data-informed decision making.
Collaborate with leadership to embed whole-school priorities and initiatives.
Highly desirable skills and experience:
Experience in curriculum leadership or a similar role.
Deep understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform teaching and learning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
