Your Role: Assistant Store Manager As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, elevate the customer experience and drive strong store performance. You will: Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service Support team development through coaching and on-the-floor guidance Ensure seamless daily operations, including stock management and visual presentation Contribute to achieving sales targets and minimising waste Create a warm, premium in-store experience that reflects the Koko Black brand Who You Are: You’re a people-first leader who thrives in a retail environment and loves delivering high-quality experiences.
