Job Role: Assistant Court Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Court Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and contributing to the success of our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of registry staff, providing supervision and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery. You will also be involved in coordinating court proceedings, managing administrative systems, and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of registry staff to deliver exceptional customer service;
* Manage daily operations, including coordinating court hearings and meetings;
* Implement risk management strategies related to Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV);
* Prioritise stakeholder needs, responding to queries in a timely and respectful manner;
* Contribute to maintaining a culture of excellence in service delivery, promoting innovation and continuous improvement;
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures;
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including judiciary members and government agencies;
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge;
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-reflection within the team;
* Support the development of transparent financial and human resource management practices;
