Your new role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will gain exposure to a range of different activities whilst being supported by a structured training and development programme from day one. Some of your main responsibilities may include:
* Source, interview, and match high-quality candidates to roles
* Identify and proactively partner with new & existing clients through sales calls to build outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
* Manage the recruitment process by guiding candidates & clients through the full recruitment process to negotiating offers.
* Develop specialist market expertise by actively seeking to understand your customer’s market
* Take accountability for meeting targets and delivering your goals that contribute to the growth of Hays.
* Be part of a vibrant and dynamic culture that cheers on progress by celebrating personal and team performance.
What you'll need to succeed You don't need recruitment experience to join us, but you will need to be:
