Role Description
This is a permanent part-time role that involves working two days a week with flexible hours.
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at our Cardiff facility.
* This person will play a key role in supporting a positive work environment and providing advice on people-related issues.
* They will contribute to the development of our company's vision-related strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To support the creation of a workplace culture where employees feel engaged, valued, and rewarded.
2. To provide expert advice to managers and employees on people-related matters, including culture and industrial relations.
3. To collaborate with the People and Culture Manager to develop people-centered strategies and policies.
4. To work closely with management to implement and continuously improve our organizational processes.
5. To develop strong relationships with stakeholders to promote good employee relations.
6. To assist with compiling reports for various stakeholders.
7. To manage cases related to disciplinary, performance, grievances, and absence under the guidance of management.
8. To investigate workplace incidents and mediate workplace issues.
Job Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will have experience in HR business partner or generalist roles.
* They must have a solid understanding of relevant employment legislation.
* Sound judgment and ability to interpret and analyze HR policies.
* Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar is desirable.
