A dynamic commercial role with one of the world's leading sustainable building materials companies. This role offers a stepping stone to P&L; leadership and a real chance to grow a B2B customer base by supplying concrete to major projects across the ACT and surrounding region. The remuneration package includes base salary with eligibility to the Bonus and Rewards Structure, 14% superannuation and TOT vehicle.

The opportunity : We are looking for a professional with strengths in key account management, solution selling, and a customer-first mindset. Your ability to build relationships and navigate the technical and dynamic world of concrete will be essential for unlocking its full potential. This is an opportunity to build deep, lasting relationships and drive success on major projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing a strategic portfolio of clients with annual sales in the $15M-$30M range.
- Building long-term, value-based relationships with decision-makers in the civil and construction sectors.
- Identifying and converting recent commercial opportunities in civil and infrastructure projects.
- Offering tailored solutions including EcoPact and EcoCycles sustainable concrete products.
- Collaborating with technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Delivering volume, revenue, and margin targets through proactive engagement and data-driven insights.
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients, helping them meet their sustainability and project goals.
- Championing Holcim's commitment to sustainability in every customer interaction.
- Building success based on relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions beyond products.
About You
- Sales or account management experience in construction, building materials, or related sectors (strongly preferred).
- A track record of success in major project tendering and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong experience in key account management or territory sales roles.
- Confidence working with Tier 1-3 clients and navigating complex commercial landscapes.
- A self-starter mindset, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
- Tech-savviness with tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at a senior level.
- A curious mindset and willingness to grow into leadership.
- Passion for creating value, solving problems, and building strong customer partnerships.
- A genuine interest in sustainable building solutions and long-term partnerships.
