Nestled in the heart of Flemington, Gregory Lodge is a bright, modern, and welcoming aged care home that offers residents an active, fulfilling lifestyle in a secure and supportive environment.

We’re seeking a passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of engaging, inclusive programs that foster wellbeing, independence, and joy. In this rewarding role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of lifestyle assistants, care staff, and the facility manager to create a vibrant, connected community where every resident feels valued and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and coordinate a varied monthly lifestyle program tailored to individual and group interests and needs.
* Facilitate and lead meaningful activities, games, events, bus outings, and community engagement initiatives.
* Oversee rosters and support a small team of Lifestyle Assistants.
* Conduct lifestyle assessments and document care plans and progress notes in line with quality and legislative standards.
* Collaborate with families, volunteers, allied health professionals, and external community groups to enhance program delivery.
* Ensure all activities uphold the dignity, choice, and cultural values of residents
What you bring:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or Diploma in Diversional Therapy
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role is required.
* A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for working with older people, including those with dementia or high care needs.
* Proven ability to manage a group of Lifestyle assistants under this position andCreativity, flexibility, and the ability to think outside the box to engage residents meaningfully.
* Proven ability to assess each resident social and emotional needs and design appropriate, individual lifestyle programs to meet their needs
* An understanding of the ageing process and caring for older people
* Self-motivation with well-developed organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, delegate and attend to multiple tasks
* Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Records Check
* This role requires a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of the NDIS Orientation Module Certificate.
If you do not currently hold these, you will be required to obtain them if you are successful in the recruitment process.
