About the opportunity
We are hiring a Director of the Pilbara Region. In this key leadership role you will lead the direction, operational delivery and long‑term planning for the Pilbara Regional road network, ensuring measurable outcomes for safety, reliability and performance. Your remit includes regional programme development, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to support the community.
To succeed you must demonstrate strong leadership, technical insight, and experience navigating complex road infrastructure, project and contract challenges. You will influence outcomes, provide effective support to key regional functions, and facilitate negotiation, collaboration and facilitation with local governments, industry partners and community representatives.
You will foster capability, continuous improvement and professional development for yourself and your teams, and drive a proactive approach to capability building across the region.
