About The Role
This position supports the day-to-day operations of a sales and financial business. Part-time or Full-time hours are available for the right candidate.
The role is responsible for providing expert administrative support across multiple teams and departments, answering phone calls and directing them appropriately, assisting with Accounts, Rebates and other financial tasks, creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the brand, working closely with management during end of month reporting, maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events, and assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to multiple teams and departments
* Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly
* Assist with financial tasks such as Accounts and Rebates
* Create promotional materials to promote the brand
* Work with management during end of month reporting
* Maximise promotional opportunities
* Assist with expense management
About You
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a collaborative and results-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology. They will be positive, motivated and a team player with a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration. Intermediate financial understanding is also required.
The candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to cultivate relationships with current and future clients. Sound communication skills both verbally and written are essential.
