We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our client on a 6-month engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters in a fast-paced and collaborative law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters including contracts, workplace policies, terminations, and disputes.
- Draft and review employment agreements, contractor arrangements, and enterprise agreements.
About You
- Admitted to practice law in Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum 4+ years’ post-admission experience in employment law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
