Our brand recent Nido Early School Lakelands East service is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Educational Leader to join our team! Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.
About the Service
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 large outdoor play areas along with a breakout area for collaborative experiences.
- Walking distance to the local bus stop for easy commute
- On site parking available
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child\'s development and fostering a sense of active participation.

About You
- Hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education (Essential)
- Have experience as an Educational Leader in a childcare setting
- Be willing to support and guide the team
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Available to open and close when required
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Be an excellent communicator
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
