As Head of Employee Relations, you'll lead the delivery of Tier 2 ER services across the Group, ensuring complex people matters are managed fairly, consistently and within robust governance frameworks.This is a senior, hands‐on leadership role where you'll partner closely with business leaders, manage risk in a highly regulated environment, and build strong ER capability across the organisation.The role can be based in Melbourne or Perth.What You'll DoLead and oversee complex employee relations matters across performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations, acting as the senior escalation point within Tier 2 authorityProvide expert guidance to leaders and ER practitioners on case strategy, procedural fairness, risk management and defensible outcomesEnsure ER delivery aligns with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, Crown policies and Respect@Work and psychosocial safety obligationsLead, coach and develop a high‐performing ER team, uplifting capability, confidence and consistency across ER deliveryDrive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement by identifying trends, systemic risks and opportunities for preventionWhat You'll BringExtensive experience managing complex Employee Relations matters in a large, regulated or industrial environmentProven leadership capability, with experience coaching ER practitioners and leaders through sensitive and high‐risk people issuesStrong judgement, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to balance fairness, compliance and commercial outcomesOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer beautiful exposure to experiences and learning.
