Your new role
This position is to work with a customer-focused sales team to help them achieve budget, and to work collaboratively with following staff members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide product information and pricing in response to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Provide sales support to the team & follow up on actions requested by the Sales Manager.
* Main accounts that have been allocated to you
* Provide quote via CRM
* Collect up-to-date information and update competitors' pricing
* Maintain strong product knowledge
* Light pick packing duties - That may include some heavy lifting (but help can be provided)
What you'll need to succeed
* Confidence is key to this role - Will need to have a confident communication style.
* Have experience in a similar position
* The ability to work 5 days per week in the office
* Intermediate-to-strong computer skills
* Full working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizen)
